  1. When are you people going to acknowledge that Sony is a big part of this market that you do not service with the case air wireless.

  2. Hey Kevin!

We are very aware of Sony’s presence in the camera world. We are constantly working that all our gear is compatible to all cameras, but we realize that sometimes we don’t get there as quickly as we want. We’re working towards it!

  3. Can a golden thirds grid be added in a future firmware update? Really handy for composition while shooting real estate and architecture projects.

  4. Thanks the feedback, Mike! We’ll send this suggestion over to R&D. Keep an eye for future updates and announcements.

  8. Hey Ron! We hear you. We’re listening to our customers. 🙂 Keep checking for new announcements soon.

  9. It seems this tool is not capable to provide Live View functionality while in Bulb mode. Several different attempts using different set ups with the case air app and various camera settings netted no results. This is a major disappointment. Hopefully Case Air will add this functionality in a near future software release.

  10. Hey Kevin!

Thanks for the feedback. We’ll be sure to pass this along to our Research & Development team.

  11. Thanks to the Tether Tools team for you encouraging response regarding the Bulb combined with Live View functionality. I believe it will be an excellent addition to the tool set.

Keeping my fingers crossed the R&D team can find a way to make it a reality.

  12. Hello Rachel,
I am eager to hear what the feedback from the R&D team is regarding Live View while in Bulb Mode?
This would be a very powerful function.
