  1. I have a simple question about my tethering. I have bought 2 ‘ identical ‘ tethering cords & then I bought the black things that goes to the camera & one goes on the laptop to keep it stable. & I still have trouble all the time in the studio with my tethering cords coming loose & then I can’t shoot until it stops spinning while I rework the cord. I’ve bought 2. I have a Nikon D5300 & I know I bought the right size, because I made sure it would fit. What else can I do to make sure my cord does not come loose while shooting. It’s become so frustrating & embarrasing too that when I’m in the middle of a photo shoot, I have to stop what I’m doing & pull the tether cord out & stick it back in again.

  2. Hey Janice! Sorry to hear about your frustrations. We have an alternative to keeping your cable secured called the TetherBlock. They add extra security as this plate is attached to the bottom of your camera so that the risk of any ripping or jerking the cable from your camera.
