Sometimes you need to determine which version of firmware your Case Air is running. To do this, make sure your camera is connected to the Case Air and connect to it via WiFi as you normally would. Then, follow the steps below for the platform you are using:

For iOS

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Scroll down and tap on Update
  3. A pop up message will alert you to your version

  1. I love the Case Air but would like a few ‘tweaks’.

My CaseAIR is used only during awards event photography to transfer photos to a website.

Is it possible for the phone to retain the thumb nails after the device is detached from the camera? During events, I shoot- then transfer a batch- then repeat. Waiting for the thumbnails to render between each batch delays the process.

Is it possible to transfer photos to Lightroom CC on my iPhone? During events, seamless efficiency involves fewer steps. Transferring photos directly to my LR App on my iPhone would massively improve the transfer. My clients wants photos just after each award has been given.

Keep up the good work. I am regularly using the CaseAIR remote on professional photo shoots so a prompt answer would be appreciated.
