  1. I purchased the system for my Nikon D500, but it will not work. All I get is a battery symbol that shows empty despite having tried three different fully charged batteries and a USB wall outlet. ???

  2. Hi Rick, the Nikon D500 is not supported. The D500 battery contains a chip that our couplers do not have. We’re working on a solution, but the Case Relay is not compatible with the D500. Can you please email so we can help you resolve?
