The Tether Tools heavy duty Tripod and Accessory Arm Travel/Storage Case is custom designed to assist photographers in transporting and protecting a tripod and accessory arm tethering set-up.

It features a custom-made design to store a tripod and up to 2 accessory arms.  The  padded case is an ideal complement to keep equipment protected and easily accessible. Internal dividers provide a separation between equipment to eliminate the potential for tripod legs and accessory arms to scratch against each other and cause damage. The arm strap is reinforced for comfortable transport to all of you your on-location shoots.

Which brings us to our question, what’s the farthest you’ve ever traveled for a photo shoot? What was it for and how did the photos turn out?

Want the storage case? You can win it, and all of the other gear we’ll be adding to the Ultimate Tethered Photography Workstation in our Tether Tools Top 20: Start the New Year off Right Facebook Campaign. Just like the Tether Tools Facebook page and enter the sweepstakes via the form. Then, share the photo we posted of the storage case with your friends and, in the comments section, tell us about a shoot that required a lot of travel. Full terms & conditions.

  1. The farthest I have ever traveled for a photo shoot was to Bombardopolis, Haiti to document a church mission. The photos are came out great and were a powerful fund-raising tool for the mission.

  2. Hate to say it but living in the middle of nowhere here in Northwestern Ontario… it simply takes too long to go far 🙂
Most of our shoots are out in the backwoods, near the lakes, sand pits or what have you and lugging all the gear in… that’s far enough thank you 🙂
Took a new Canon S100 to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico last month though if that counts? Ha… and yes… it worked out perfect not having to lug the normal D-SLRs around 🙂
