Sony’s full-frame mirrorless, interchangeable-lens cameras are highly regarded in the photography community but if you use them to shoot video or have a long day on the set you’ll quickly end up with a dead battery. That is now an issue of the past!

With the new Case Relay from Tether Tools, you’ll never run out of power and never need to stress about forgetting your camera batteries. If you’re out shooting and get low on battery power, simply swap out any standard 5V USB battery pack throughout your shoot.

Sony recently unified the Alpha and NEX brands, so all future interchangeable lens cameras will now fall under the Alpha umbrella. Here are the Sony Alpha A-mount and E-mount cameras that can be powered with the Case Relay Camera Power System:

  • Sony a33
  • Sony a35
  • Sony a5000
  • Sony a5100
  • Sony a6000

In addition to the above cameras, the Sony RX10 and RX10-II, two Cyber-shot cameras from Sony, can also be powered by Case Relay.

If you shoot video, time-lapse, or just want peace of mind knowing that your camera won’t die during a long shoot take a look at the new Case Relay from Tether Tools.
