Tether Tools Pro Stefan Jönsson’s Tethered Shooting Setup

Posted by: on Jan 19, 2016 | 2 Comments

stefStefan Jönsson is a professional photographer and Tether Tools Pro Ambassador based in Sweden, specializing in commercial and editorial photography. His work can be found at www.stefanfoto.se.

Stefan got a late start in photography. In only a couple of years his creativity and natural handling of light, reflection and color has won him a wide selection of reputable clients. His modus operandi is that of pragmatism; strategically placed and maneuverable lighting, utilized to get multiple exposures that can later be layered in editing – all to guarantee the perfect picture.

His tethered shooting setup always gets lots of interest when shared on social media, and for good reason. “The setup is incredibly handy. You just bring your laptop to the studio and plug in. Roll the setup right where you want it and start shooting,” says Stefan. “It’s a really smart way to work.”

  1. Wondering about tethering with the kindlefire HD ,I have d3200 nikon and know the chances are slim to none ,also what was the music in the back ground ..
    Thanks

  2. JP,
If you’re able to load apps from the Google Play Store via the Kindle, you could try qdslrdashboard – https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=info.qdd&hl=en. It’s a pretty comprehensive app. You would need an OTG cable to connect your Kindle – https://www.tethertools.com/product/tetherpro-usb-2-0-micro-otg-adapter/

Another option, if you are able to download the Case Remote software from the Android store, than you could try our new wireless solution, the Case Air Wireless Tethering System – https://www.tethertools.com/product/case-air-wireless-tethering-system/

I would try and download the apps first to see if they work – http://www.howtogeek.com/232726/how-to-install-the-google-play-store-on-your-amazon-fire-tablet/
