Tethering Software for the Nikon D4 and D800

Currently many of the more popular tethering software packages do not yet support the Nikon D4 and D800.  Certainly they will be incorporated in the future but in the meantime we have been on the lookout for software packages that will let you tether these cameras.  We stumbled across Camera RC.
