Tether Tools Top 20: Start the New Year off Right Campaign Timeline & Prize

Guidelines: To participate in the contest, you must be a fan of Tether Tools on Facebook.com/TetherTools and enter via the sweepstakes form
A tethered workstation package of various Tether Tools gear and other gear will be awarded to one (1) chosen contest participant.
Entry period from January 11 to February 24, 2012
Prize information: The winner will be chosen by a Tether Tools panel and contacted via email no later than March 31, 2012.
Prize delivery: Prize will be shipped via USPS to any US address provided by the winner.

Terms & Conditions

Maximum one “share” per photo, per person
Winner will be awarded a Tethered Workstation package including various products.
Tether Tools offers a lifetime warranty on any of its Aerospace Aluminum products. There are no guarantees or warranties on any other Tether Tools gear. Tether Tools is not responsible for the gear provided by any of the contributing partners.
Winner will receive free shipping to U.S. location; for shipping outside the U.S. winners will be responsible for shipping costs.
By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to receive the Tether Tools monthly email newsletter. There is no cost to subscribe and it can be canceled at any time.
Entry form must be filled out no later than 12 p.m. on February 24, 2012 to be eligible.
Tether Tools reserves the right to share any submitted images, posts or comments in newsletters and social media channels. Participants retain copyright of any images submitted by participants.
If any post or image is considered offensive by Tether Tools, the post will be removed and participant will be disqualified.
Winner will be notified via Facebook. Tether Tools will announce the winner in a post and the winner must tag themselves in the photo to claim the prize.
The winner will have 7 days to tag themselves and claim the prize. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and a second prize recipient will be contacted.
Prizes are not negotiable and non-transferable.
Tether Tools reserves the right to change or amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. In the event of a dispute, Tether Tools reserves the right to decide the final outcome.
By entering the contest, you also stipulate that you have read, understood and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Tether Tools reserves the right to recall prizes from the Prize Winner who have submitted an entry that violates any of the terms & conditions.
No Purchase Necessary. Anyone may enter, provided that our terms & conditions are met.

Ultimate Tethered Photography Workstation: Manfrotto Magic Arm & Super Clamp Kit

The Manfrotto Magic Arm & Super Clamp Kit is designed to hold fixtures and devices securely in place in a variety of situations. The rotating elbow arm, with a locking lever control at the pivot, means you can position a fixture at just the right height and angle.
